We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information posted by users. Users are responsible for verifying event details before attending.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommunityPlaces, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability
